If you believe you have grounds for a dispute against your credit union or building society, and would like further information on how to lodge a complaint with the Ombudsman, there are a number of ways to do so.

1. Send a dispute form to you
2. Assist you with any questions with regards to your complaint
3. Provide an interpreter if English is not your first language
