The ABIO deals with complaints about Australian banks and their subsidiaries.

AUSTRALIAN CONSUMERS' ASSOCIATION (ACA)
ACA is a not-for-profit organisation which publishes Choice magazine.. It campaigns on behalf of consumers, researches important issues, lobbies governments and works with industry on behalf of consumers.

AUSTRALIAN COMPETITION AND CONSUMER COMMISSION (ACCC)
ACCC receives complaints on business practices and provides guidance to both business and consumers on their rights and obligations under the Trade Practices Act and Prices Surveillance Act.

AUSTRALIAN PRUDENTIAL REGULATION AUTHORITY (APRA)
APRA is responsible for promoting good financial behaviour by financial service providers. It can provide advice/guidelines regarding the early release of superannuation benefits, but any application must be processed by the superannuation trustee.

INSURANCE BROKERS DISPUTES LTD (IBD)
IBD covers a range of policies including motor vehicle, home & building & contents, sickness and accident, life, consumer credit, travel, personal and domestic property up to a claim limit of $50,000. IBD also covers small business pak policies up to a claim limit of $5,000.
